This resort was featured on the Travel Channel in 2000 and was ranked as the #1 resort at the time. So, we had to see why it made it to #1. This resort is beautiful, the service and restaurants were fantastic. This resort is where we got engaged, so it it will always hold this memory. We also still have videos that we made when it was recorded on mini tapes. These tapes are stored in our closet and hope they are still intact. We need to see if we can transfer them to our computer. It would be nice to go back and record new memories and combine them in a new YouTube video. Here are a few of the pictures from this trip. The great thing about this resort is the location, it is in an area that blocks the rough waters of the Gulf of Mexico, so the water is calm and just perfect.
